MatjarWAW team is concerned about offering its customers the best service after sale including the maintenance of the purchased products it and making the spare parts available besides the guarantee of the product’s integrity as per the current regulations of the Ministry of industry & commerce by;
– Purchased products are guaranteed for two years from the date of the delivery as a new product excluding the accessories and additions.
– Purchased products can be repaired in our workshops within 15 days from the date of delivery to the workshop as long as spare parts are available
– Special spare parts can be made available within 30 days from the date of requesting it.
– A similar working product can be given instead of the one in repair temporarily until the repair is completed if the repair needs a considerable time.
– All repair works are guaranteed for 30 days after the date of delivery of the repair of a specific part.
– All customers’ queries and complaints will be looked after within 15 days and final settlements will be within 30 days.
– In case the part that needs repair is not reached easily by normal transportation it will be taken within 7 days excluding the time of the repair-work time.
All above services are limited to those products that are guaranteed by MatjarWAW according to the list below, while other products will need the buyer to communicate with the maintenance centers or the distributor/ agent of these products in the kingdom.
