Return & Refund Policy
In order to offer the best service of return and change for our customers, it is necessary to clarify the terms of this service as below.
– It is very important to have the original purchase invoice. So it is recommended to print the invoice when you buy an pay.
– The product should be in its original box together with all original accessories and its handbooks as we don’t accept the retuned goods which became defective or with scratches because of bad handling or which were connected to the wrong power by mistake.
Exceptions;
– Any program, copies of programs or CDs cannot be returned at all unless there is a factory defect. That will be replaced by a good one of same model within 7 days after the purchase date as per the invoice.
– All healthcare or personal products cannot be returned at all unless there is a factory defect. These will be replaced by good ones of same models within 7 days after the purchase date as per the invoice.
How to return purchased goods (with original purchase invoice);
– In case you received the product by hand from one of our employees, you should call MatjarWAW number which is shown on the main page of our website.
– In case you received the product by hand from a shipping co. which is approved by us (Aramex or Smsa Express) please contact them.
– In case of accepted return or change the account will be based on the price in the purchase invoice.
– The cost of shipping from and to you will be deducted in case of return unless it is defective or there is a defect from the factory.
– In case the payment was by electronic ways and the buyer wants to return the product, the purchase value will be refunded by bank minus the shipping cost while we have our right as per the above terms.
