WAWStore delivers your orders through its own fleet, and other delivery companies or individuals may be utilized during peak times to ensure your service confirmation and timely delivery.
The delivery time at WAWStore is within 2-10 days, depending on your geographical area. You have the option to choose a convenient time for delivery anytime during the day, week, or even the month.
It is recommended to place your order at least 3 days before the desired delivery time. This allows the delivery team to provide the item, taking into consideration the order time, working hours of WAWStore, and the nature of the product, as some items may require more time for preparation.

Your signature on the shipping policy document will be required to confirm the receipt of the products, as indicated in the order statement. The delivery will be made to the registered address in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as a receipt.
If no one is present at the registered address upon arrival, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order exceeding 10 days from the first delivery date. If you are not available at the agreed-upon delivery time twice, additional delivery charges will be applied thereafter.

Cash on delivery charges are 17 Saudi Riyals, including value-added tax. You can choose other payment methods to cover this amount.
Free shipping: WAWStore offers free delivery for orders exceeding 300 Saudi Riyals through the authorized shipping company within 3-10 working days within the Kingdom. For shipping costs to other countries, please contact us at [email protected].
Product shipping guarantee: WAWStore provides guaranteed service for shipping some products, such as large screens and breakable or damaged products during shipping. The cost of this service is determined based on the product, and the service value is clarified with each order. Please contact us for any inquiries regarding this service.
Delivery schedule: We provide daily delivery service, except on Fridays and official holidays in the Kingdom.
Important information about delivery: The order recipient is required to sign a receipt document for the purchases. WAWStore guarantees the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. WAWStore is not responsible for the product after the signing of the receipt document.
Shipping is done by the authorized shipping company for areas within Saudi Arabia.
The approximate delivery time guide is used starting when the order is sent. WAWStore is not responsible for any delays due to payment procedures by the order owner.
Additional fees may be added to the shipping cost for delivery to remote areas.
